Image License
TattooMaker image license: how you can use the tattoo designs you generate and our gallery designs, for your own tattoo and for commercial work.
Last updated: 2026-10-03
Designs you generate
You may use designs you generate for your own tattoos on any plan. Commercial use — selling designs, flash sheets, prints or merchandise — requires the Artist plan, which includes a commercial license for the designs you create.
Gallery designs
Gallery images on TattooMaker are AI-generated design concepts made and curated by us. You may use them as references for your own tattoo. Reselling gallery images, or using them in commercial products, is not allowed without a written license.
Please note
- Designs are AI-generated. We cannot guarantee that a similar design has never been made by someone else.
- In many countries, including the United States, purely AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright registration.
- Fonts used for lettering are licensed for commercial use (SIL Open Font License or Apache 2.0); exported files contain outlines, not font files. See Font licenses.
