Reporting infringement

If you believe something on TattooMaker infringes your copyright, email support@tattoomaker.org with:

1. A description of the copyrighted work.
2. The URL of the page or image you are reporting.
3. Your name, address, phone number and email.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We remove reported material promptly while we review the notice.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the details of the removed material and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that it was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are closed.
